The conditions for washing liquid cavitations are created by expanding the control band of electric pulse frequency up to 2400 Hz, as well as with the help of automatic voltage selection, depending on the injectors’ voltage. The cavitations mode may be further adjusted by the operator. Microscopic hydraulic impacts destroy even oldest deposits and residues in the working channels of any type of injectors, including ones with direct injection, and then washing liquid flush the deposits away.

The test bench enables :

- comparison of injectors capacities before and after washing, including ones made at working pressure ;

- controlling equity of injectors voltage;

- appraising following parameters with the help of the ultrasonic detector:

•  condition of injector spring;

•  contamination of the channel;

•  presence of winding faults.

The test bench is equipped with the built-in air compressor and washing recorder (it records date, number of cleaned burners, and time of washing in minutes). The diagnostics and washing protocol program is supplied together with the test bench.
